Most associations are run by volunteers juggling email threads, shared folders, paper request forms, and a website nobody updates. Homeowners can't find the rules, and boards can't see what's waiting on them.
simplHOA started as the website for a real neighborhood and grew into a product any association can use. Every detail, from the name and colors to the request types drawn from your own CC&Rs, is yours to set. Nothing is hard-coded for one community.
We focus on the things boards actually do: verifying who owns which home, reviewing architectural requests fairly and on time, handling disputes with a written record, and keeping residents informed.
